Guest Jake Rendar
i just finished playing a round of MP on the demo (lost again!) and man is it just me or does my units die WAY to easily. Sure a sith is expensive and really cool to have but can he/she really withstand an enemy attack? HELL NO! it takes me forever to finally build a fighting unit and when i do it takes less then three shots to kill them, i mean for all those rescources (SP?) they use its really not worth it. AND how does the enemy have hundreds of men and mechs when i just finished my third tie fighter? What the hek is goin on? Sure the demo is great, and multiplayer is always fun but man do things crumble fast. im goin to bed, HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!

Of course, in a game with 200 pop, i will have 80-100 workers most likely.
Guest Bobio
Once you get enough of a force and enough excess supplies, you can start killing off workers. One game my worker high as 28 but I ended the game with 9 since i had so much excess supplies

darthfergie
Um...Units Are pretty much impossible to kill once you get your shield up...Like they said...Learn to play... 20 or 30?!? i normally have around 35 or 40. Of course, in a game with 200 pop, i will have 80-100 workers most likely. Same here. Right when you stop and think about any economy durring war time. In WWII we were in the Great Dipression, but when the War cam along ou economy improved drastically because of the massive amounts of workers working for a common goal. In this game your common gooal is the destruction of the enemy. And you MUST build up your economy to have a great armed force...key word ARMED you have to arm them first...So you have to have the economy high to arm the vast amounts of men you will need to complete your goal... all that was a longwinded explanation of WHY you MUST have a strong economy to have the ultimate victory over all... Darth_Rommel
Don't forget to build power cores, they really speed up building, resource collecting, etc.
