Nema_Suneimi
Hey all -- my photoshop demo expired and I'm trying GIMP, but my results are really confusing me. I did a simple recolor of a head and portrait to be more vibrant -- I've done this before with photoshop and haven't had a problem. With GIMP, however, once I threw my files into the override folder, I came up with some weird effects -- the portrait shows upside-down, and the head is definitely not aligned properly with the model. Why is this happening? I can obviously flip the portrait file (would rather not have to), but the head file can't be corrected in the same way. http://i63.photobucket.com/albums/h131/rihaku/messheads.jpg
Kainzorus Prime
Well once you save your .tga file after editing in gimp make sure box next to "origin at bottom left" is checked, otherwise texture appears like on screen you posted. Its quite possible that is the face texture bug.

Now my little Asian Exile looks pretty juicy, yay!
