I couldn't even access the ftp, it just hung there until I got annoyed and downloaded the patch file from the web (although I couldn't even get it from the LA support site, I had to dig elsewhere). Everything was resolved by doing a clean install, then patching, and then getting all my (gazillion) mods back into play. Blurb from LA support FAQs: Q: When I try to install the update for Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic II: The Sith Lords, it stops at 94-95% and says, Old file not found. A: You will get this error if you have installed the NO CD crack for the game. You must uninstall the game, do a fresh install from the original CD's, then install the patch. The update will not patch a cracked version of the executable. I've never played the game unpatched so I can't comment on what you might expect that way.
