T7nowhere
You can override the defualt model used by renaming another model the same as the defualt model. Or You can open up appearance.2da and manually edit the modelb and texb column's for the PC's. If you adding a new PC then changing the modelb and texb column are easy, but if you want to change the clothes of each PC then it would be a pain, although its still easy to do, just tedious. goldberry
Since you're on T7... Can I ask how you change the default clothes for people? (I mean the appearance when "clothes" are worn)
T7nowhere
For PC's you need to find their rows in appearance.2da and edit the modelb and texb column as I stated in my above post. You can make them use any body model that does not include a head as thier main clothing. However doing this will cause a slight glitch where the textures and models will get mixed up on the character select screen when you scroll the portriates. But when you start the game the PC will be using the correct model and texture(the one you specify). I hope that answers your question goldberry. I'm sorry I can't be more descriptive, but I'm working from memory as I just formated after unsuccessfully trying to kill a few virus'. Right now I haven't had the time to install either K1 or k2 or any of the tools. However I and others have writen many short tutorials on this subject so a search should turn up a few much more descriptive answers for you.
