LORD SPARTAN
Hi I recently undergone some major modelling learning and now I decide to modify vertex in models. I only move vertex, no breaking, no weilding or new creating. I've made some underwere modification (p_candba to be exact) and I was succesfull on my own for once. But the only proble I got was some bizzare right leg and I think it's because I touched it and forgot to mention it in Taina's replacer tool. To be more precise, when I move vertex in 3DS I only saw the names torso and rarm, so what do I have to check and uncheck in replacer??? Anyguess or enlightment? oldflash
In taina's replacer tool you will see only object attached to aurorabase. So, after you finish editing link the edited mesh (object) to aurorabase.

In the vertex coordinates there are bones and at the end there was the name of the parts, so I unchecked all the bones and kept the body parts on and after that it work great. You should have see the edited model, it was so funny to see Canderous new body shape . But thanks, I had to be sure. Now I am starting a head project that was burning me for a while, so stay tune for the next trouble
svösh
Hi guys long time no see I just wanted to mention you could use mdlops for body edits as long as there's no head attached, I'm not sure if Candy's undies have a head or not I've never looked it over. Nor do I have the games installed to check for myself, but I find it a bit easier with mdlops. There are no objects to uncheck, just edit, export, and compile along side the original binary model. just my 2 cents

LORD SPARTAN
Well for vertex moving I use Taina's replacer because it's the only replacer that doesn't makes those ugly lines in the smooth edges, they look like scars to me. In past, I've asked cchargin if he could do something about this, but it was two years ago. Mdlops is easyer to use I have to give this and it also have more function on it. If someone could find a way to update mdlops to stop those ugly lines well it could be great, but I don't think there's someone who would take this greater challenge, that's why I do my best with what tools we got.
