Convert lightsaber to TSL?

could I ask anyone to convert a http://knightsoftheoldrepublic.filefront.com/file/Anakin_AOTC_Style_Hilt;72803 hilt to work in kotor2, please? I tried it several times, but it didn't work. now i don't know what to do... the second question is whether anybody knows how to resize the mdl files?

You could use MDlops to convert it.
