Unzip the two files in the archive to your Override folder. It replaces the third Caucasian female... whichever one that is. It hasn't been tested ingame, as I just did it in the last four minutes, but everything should be fine, so if there are any problems, let me know what it is.

Tell you what, take a screenshot of your character ingame, and link me to the image so I have something to make the portrait from. By the way, I should mention that this doesn't have DS transitions. I don't actually have the time to reskin the head so many times, but I did have the time to make a quick patch up that will do what you want. But, then again, if you play a LS character, that won't matter.
