Working up as RSF neutral faction i got these lovely black sun patrol missions that were uber xp plus i had the chance of looting the hard to acquire black sun helmet. Your best bet is checking out the official forum in the pilot section, there will be all kinds of guides there. This part is certain, before you go up to grind, get an xp buff! It helps enormously.
