Darth Badguy
I think the order 66 should have been at the end of all the clone war levels. If you have completed the Felucia Mission, there should be a new objective to kill Aayla secura, same with Obi-wan at the Utapau mission, Yoda at the Kasshyk mission and Ki-Adi Mundi at the Mygeeto mission. Don't you agree?
Darth Newfie
I agree, except for Yoda because he wasn't killed.

JawaJoey
It's part of the timeline shuffling that goes on. If you only played the game, you'd get the impression that each of those battles took place one after the other, not all at the same time, because the narration sounds like one clone participating in all of them. That's not what really happened, of course, but for the purposes of the story, it's cleaner to go through their weird timeline and have just one point be Order 66. jawathehutt
The 501 didnt kill aayla, it even says it in the cinametic, they knew she was going to die but it was the star corps or something like that that killed her. Same with mygeeto, it was galactic marines that did that. The 501 was the one that did the temple.
