Rufio Posted August 3, 2001 Posted August 3, 2001 this week, after a long hiatus, another punk culture is upon us. Useless ID - Bad Story Happy Ending - Kung Fu Records. Holy Crap, i thought these lebenese [from lebanon sp] doods kicked butt in concert when i saw them about 3 years ago, so i picked up their only record at the time "get in the pita bread pit" clever title no? heh. after i met them at an ataris show and found out they were kickin guys too, nicest fellows ull ever meet, i became a fan for life. so when i was notified by punkupdates.com [who stole some of my cd reviews, damn them] that their new cd was coming out soon, i pre ordered it and a day or so ago it came. HOLY SHicSnitz!!! this cd was instantly one of my new favorites, fast blairing guitars, solid drumlines, killer vocals, and heartfelt words were just a few of the qualities that earned this cd a monthlong stay in cdtray 2 of my cdplayer. if you are a fan of the ataris, sum 41,or any other melodic band out there like rufio or sick of change, hell even if u like blink 182, you will definatly like these guys. Right now my hard-drive's gone all crappy The Ataris will be at Extreme fest next month, which should be awesome - there's gonna be bungee jumping and and carnies (still want Warped over here in the UK though). BTW newfound, you seen the Dressed To Kill vid yet. I wonder, if Jordan played guitar as well as singing, if he'd manage to not look like a total melvin when he's singing. Something that plagues alot of vocalists (see Chino, Coby ****, Dryden Mitchell, that turd from Linkin Park, erm Chester/Mike etc.). I missed NFG the last time around here, but I'll be catching them later this year, when they tour the UK with Fenix TX - kutos <small>*psst*Do you know any good sites for downloading music vids?</small>
