DarthVandar205 Posted October 18, 2007 Share Posted October 18, 2007 Go towards the big building in the upper city near the elevator with the sith guy and that has all the fighters in front of it and the ships landing and taking off on each side. You must have T3-M4 in your party to enter the base as it has a security lock on the door. You can buy him across the way at the droid shop after you win the swoop race and talk to Canderous.
