The Architect Posted October 22, 2007 Share Posted October 22, 2007 Does anyone have any idea as to why the SonicStage program needed to transfer downloaded music to my Sony mp3 player will not work? I've tried to open up the program, but "Cannot start SonicStage because the database is being used by another program or the database cannot be accessed for some other reason." Continues coming up. I have no idea why. Any help as to what the problem may be and what I can do to fix it will be greatly appreciated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Negative Sun Posted October 22, 2007 Share Posted October 22, 2007 I don't know about your particular mp3 player, but I think most ones you can just drag and drop the necessary files right into it if your PC recognizes the device as an external drive...I wouldn't go near any other program to get them on there, clunky and full of bugs as you've probably noticed, just use good 'ol drag 'n drop my friend Edit: There's a Tech forum here for these kind of threads, JSUK This is where all the master geeks hang out and where we plan to take over the world...You'll also have a better chance for some tech support there, whether it's hardware or software related Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
