Carthaholic Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 I'm trying to reskin Saul to look similar to his counterpart in the comics (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Image:Captainkarath.jpg) but I'm having a little problem. Saul's original pants are light gray while his shirt is almost black. Because of this, when I paint red I get 2 completely different shades of red... which is definitely not what I'm looking for. No matter what mode I use, color/hue/overlay/whatever, I can't never get a uniform red. What can I do to get the result I want without losing the details? Thanks!
Prime Posted October 30, 2007 Posted October 30, 2007 I did an imperial version of Karath that has a uniform-coloured uniform (no pun intended) as a part of an Imperial mod. You can take a look at that if you like... http://warpedproductions.echonetwork.net/imperialofficer.html
Carthaholic Posted October 30, 2007 Author Posted October 30, 2007 Oooh very nice Prime! After struggling a bit to get a uniformed red, I did manage to do something decent (well I think...) on my own. Have a look! But I might play around with your mod if you don't mind me doing so. I like the fact that he has a belt in your mod, I was planing on doing something like that so I'm definitely gonna check it out.
Ghost Down Posted November 1, 2007 Posted November 1, 2007 Looking good, any idea when you'll release it?! - Ghost Down (Btw, great work on the HK-47 reskin, hope to see more from you )
