Guybrush122 Posted September 14, 2001 Posted September 14, 2001 one dollar short is not that bad........but i love my pennywise, my fav. punk bands (not skapunk, just punk) In no particular order: Pennywise The Hissyfits Less than Jake Good Charlotte Screeching Weasle
Guest murta Posted September 15, 2001 Posted September 15, 2001 not a big Frenzal Rhomb fan at the moment I'm into Good Charlotte, System of a Down, New Found Glory (gonna miss them for the second time in a row due to injuries, damn you skateboarding!), Less Than Jake, Millencolin, Lit, Sum 41, Alkaline Trio, Green Day, Extreme, Jimmy Eat World (forgive me if I'm being dumb, but the JEW thing is intentional, right?), Pennywise and Lightyear (my fav ska crew after LTJ, not just because they're local). BTW NewFound - Voodoo Glow Skulls sucked at Extreme
Natty Posted September 15, 2001 Posted September 15, 2001 My brother likes Bodyjar, he's seen em a few times live. He's got a few CD's floating around somewhere I think... maybe I should ask him if he knows anymore punk bands for ya. He'll be mighty impressed that an American is taking such keen interest in Australian music (which basically never happens here) ------------------
Guybrush122 Posted September 15, 2001 Posted September 15, 2001 Amen to that murta, Etreme sucking they were it a is
Guybrush122 Posted September 15, 2001 Posted September 15, 2001 but SUBLIME RULES ALL......WOOT ------------------ RIP God save all the brave souls that died on the bombing of New York at 9/11/01 They died for no reason....I am not allowed to donate blood, so I am donating my prayers.

Sorry if I'm being dumb, but I didn't understand that sentence Not sure if I worded it right, I saw VGS at the Extreme Festival in the UK, I'm not saying that the band Extreme suck, cos they rule
Natty Posted September 15, 2001 Posted September 15, 2001 OK, I just talked to my brother and he said there's the following punk bands that you could check out, if you wanted too The Living End (who I love, I don't really think they're punky though and they're from Melbourne, yay!!!!) Headcase (punk band from Adelaide he says you probably wouldn't know them though) Nileistic View (spelling is probably wrong) BrandX (kinda punk) Magic Dirt (reckons you might know them) He seemed a bit surprised when I said you were from America hehehe, but yes that's some more Australian punk bands for you ------------------
BoneMaster Posted September 15, 2001 Posted September 15, 2001 good punk bands: - New found glory, alkaline trio, no fun at all, unwritten law, pennywise, pulley, LTJ, millencolin, mxpx, one dollar short, no use for a name.
Rufio Posted September 15, 2001 Author Posted September 15, 2001 im not going to make a list, it would take too long ------------------
Rufio Posted September 15, 2001 Author Posted September 15, 2001 @ murta, "well you know what YOU SUCK!" ------------------
