Hmm... maybe if you included the whole hood, so that the hood would mask the parts of the face that cause issues, or some such? I'm sure there has to be some way of doing it. As to stats, if anyone would be nice enough to put this together, they should be fairly strong (around the level of other end-game items) but not too incredibly strong, and based on what you get for taking his mask in base TSL should probably increase FP/FP regen/something along those lines.
