Lil Kis Posted January 6, 2008 Share Posted January 6, 2008 Well I got 9 of them and in the notepad list of things to do it says to see the old man and give them to him...but everytime Is ee him there is no option to give him 8 of the 16 items where you get 4 rankings levels up...what do I do? Toliver Posted January 7, 2008 Share Posted January 7, 2008 Are you sure you're seeing the correct old man? You don't want to take them to Ford Cruller in his secret sanctuary. Once you've gotten half of the list, you need to go see Ranger Cruller near the GPC. He's the old guy that's raking the ground by a boarded up house that has a hole in the roof. He's the version of Ford Cruller who will give you the power up for completing half of the list and then another power up for getting the last half of the list.
