problem on tatooine

i agree to help the sand people by bringing them moisture vaporators.

But when i return in anchorhead and try to get in the czerka office ,the game returns to the start screen. The image freezes,and i can't control anything. I have a similar problem with another area,with the cantina door on anchorhead ,the game also returns to te start screen when i try get inside.

Never had/heard of this issue before. I assume you have all the updates?

 

If you have any mods, remove them.

 

Try solving the quest on a different way.

 

Perhaps it's a problem with your copy, if it is, you would have to get another.

Probably a glitch. I personally have never heard of this happening... But go with the wise words of Ctrl_Alt_Del :

"Try solving the quest on a different way."

Or

just restart your mission on Tatooine, not like it is a extremely long planet...
