[TSL] Game crashes when accessing inventory

I've never had this problem up until now. It first started somewhere between the Iziz Market Quarter and the Western Quarter. Whenever I access my inventory, there's a high possibility the game will CTD. Luckily I'm not 100% barred from inventory access, but the crashing happens way too often. When I'm accessing a merchant's inventory, to boot.

 

Anybody have any idea why this is happening and how to fix it?

I had same kind of problem some time ago; my game crashed when I went party selection screen after the Goto's yacht.

It may be that you've installed a mod and when you've un-installed it, the item templates are still in the save. So once you select an item that has been removed from override the game will crash.

 

So the solution is to use the Savegame editor to remove the files.

Do you mean that they may still be stuck in my inventory? I don't know about that. I did a test and it happened too with an earlier save that I was sure was "clean".

 

EDIT: What do you mean exactly by the item templates still being in the save? I'm sure I understand what you mean, but then again I could be completely off.

 

EDIT: #2: Also, shouldn't this be happening just to me, then, and not with merchants?

I don't know if it's related or not. But I'm too crashing in Iziz. Not when opening inventory, but when trying to access merchant quarters.

If you post your computer specs, we may be able to start to see some common factor relating to all these Onderon problems.
