[K1] New Member; Question.

Hi, I'm a new member here and have some questions regarding the first KOTOR.

 

I've got a lot of time off work and would like to go through SW:KOTOR again - this time, with a few mods to enhance gameplay.

 

I was looking around and couldn't find what I was looking for, so thought I'd ask here.

 

1) Are there any mods which give you the yellow robe with purple pants? (An example would be the woman who fights the Dark Jedi on board the Endar Spire.)

 

2) Are there any mods which give more options for a female head?

 

3) More of a general question; I don't really enjoy playing a male character in games and have never done so before during KOTOR, so I was thinking about creating one this time through. Is there more to be (discovered?) with a male character as opposed to a female one?

 

4) Any other mods you would recommend will help!

Well, I can actually give you a link that does this. It changes the clothing at the start.

I'm not sure about the rest mod wise, but I'll answer the male part.

 

Instead of having a relationship with Carth, - Obviously the SW universe is against Gay people, I'm not - You have one with Bastila, and actually kiss.

In a way...You get Mical with female but with male you get the Handmaiden, who is universally agreed to be a better character by far. As female you get the romance sub-plot with Atton/Mical, but with male you get the romance sub-plot with Handmaiden/Visas.

 

Its definitely worth playing it both ways. But I wouldn't do a full playthrough until TSLRP is released.
