Darth_JoJo
I made a new pc player that is a female twilek and on the new game generator(or whatever) the textures don't show up. I have custom textures in the override folder. I read that you have to use the renamer function on MLOps. But being the n00b I am I have no idea how to use it. Then the fact I have a green twilek means I have to retexturize underwear and the dancer outfit. But I'm not really sure how to do that either. I have looked all over for tutorials but haven't really been able to find an answer. If you could help me out it'd be greatly appreciated.

As I'm unsure as to why you need to use MLops... What did you do to create the skins? When I do a skin (in photoshop) it is just a matter of saving the file in the Override with the name it was in .tga format and hey presto... in game. Darth_JoJo
Well I used GIMP(it so rocks) and I have done that to a couple of different heads. But this one I made as a new PC head I didn't just replace one. So all of the the tga's are in the override folder but the head doesn't have any texture what so ever its just a white twilek. I have double checked(several times) and made sure all of the files are correctly named. http://www.lucasforums.com/showthread.php?t=161856 You might need to use MDLOps Renamer function and input your new custom skin refrences into the renamed head models. Or you can do it the old fashioned way and hex edit the renamed head .mdl to point to your custom skin. If you do either of these remember to make your new skin names identical character lengths as the original ones. I pretty sure thats all I need to do but I'm just not sure how to. Well It doesn't really make sense to me at least.

The only slight suggestion I can make is, rename the .tga's to an ingame Twilek and check to see if there re any problems with them, or if it displays correctly if you follow me...
