FireWarrior
I'm experiencing a somewhat odd crash in KOTOR II: TSL. It's my first time on Dant, exploring the Jedi Enclade sublevel. As most of you probably know, after progressing a certain distance into this area, a group of enemies spawn at the entrance, waiting to rob you. Now, my problem is that Gerevik is bugged. Once combat is initiated, the menu for queuing attack and picking them open up on him (so you can attack him), but the game doesn't seem to register him as a foe since the target box does not change to red, but remains the usual green/blue colour. I can wipe out his friends easily enough, but anytime he suffers damage, the game crashes. It is a relatively clean Windows Install (formatted and reinstalled less than a month ago). The game has 2 mods, Slender bodies and 90SK's SUPER Content Mod. The game is updated to the newest version. Reloading savegames from before I entered the Enclave first time has had no effects. Cleaning out mods has had no effect and restarting PC has had no effects. I'm running a bit low on options other than starting all over from scratch, in which case the game goes right back onto the shelf for the time being. Suggestions? Ideas? jonathan7
Un-installing the mods won't solve the problem in a save game if they have caused, and indeed I would reinstall as you could cause one or two problems by un-installing them mid game. Save often and in multiple slots, is always a good piece of advice... I tend to create a new save every time I go to a new planet. Hmmm, KSE maybe able to save the day, but TK102, would be the person to help you with that! Try also posting in 90SK's release thread over in TUCE, and see if he has any ideas Sorry I can't be of any more help than that.
FireWarrior
What sort of effect would *not* killing gerevik and his thugs have in terms of bugging up the game/storyline? Tried putting myself into solo mode, slaughtering my way past his goons and just outrunning him which seemed to work. But if the bug persists on other enemies or causes other problems, it's rather pointless.
