Skate60331
Ive been looking around through various files and help documents but I cant figure out how to remove the death timer, like you die and you have to wait 10 seconds to respawn. Help please?

Skate60331
Thanks! I discovered I had to add it to the cfg.
Maxstate
Why would you even remote it? That's the worst thing you can do and it'll make your long-term game experience much shorter and less fun.
The Unbeholden
Surely max you would've realized by now, perhaps learned from the Jedi Masters mistakes? Some people are just stupid. though the jedi masters weren't stupid, they where arrogant... which is a form of stupidity. their adherence to a single concept the jedi code was one of the most crippling of all their failings. And in the end it cost them everything.
Maxstate
Removing the timer will send out the message that killing yourself whenever you feel like it is a good thing, and staying alive doesn't matter. In a team-based game, or in any game for that matter, this mentality stinks. The timer is the only thing seperating you from constantly killing yourself whenever the situation arises where you could be killed.

razorace
I think it should remain a setable option. Some people prefer to keep the action going.
