Ferc Kast
I just made a few new items for TSL; But, I can't seem to figure out how to restrict it so that Bao-Dur and/or Hanharr can't equip it. If it helps, I made a new baseitem for my items. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to do this.
Ulmont
Actually, you can do that in KT. Just send 'em to me, and I'll have it done in a jiffy!
Gavroche
I think what you're looking for is in the last columns of baseitems.2da, that column would be called "subrace" or something. If you don't want Hanharr to equip it, use the same value as one of the armors, if you don't want Bao either, use the value of a robe.

The column to restrict Hanharr is the same as the column to restrict Bao-Dur. However, only Hanharr can't equip it. It looks like I'll just use the PC restriction property in the uti's instead. Gavroche
Yeah, it's the same column, but what value did you use? Hanharr can't equip armors nor robes, but Bao can equip at least armors. So use the value in a robe line.
