What this "Zeroedit" you speak of?

I figured, after playing and downloading on this game for so long, I might dabble in a little modding myself. However, I can't find this "Zeroedit" program you all talk about. Does it come with the game??? Do I download it somehwere? You guys should know this, if it is in the game itself, just tell me how to find it.

Found and download BFII mod Tools. Installed, but when I try to start it says that it "binkw32.dll". Any ideas?

Works. Tank you. But I have come to a conclusion. Anoyone who uses that thing without getting paid has way too much time on their hands. In a good way, thought (after all, I love mods).
