Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds - no music during gameplay

Hi,

 

I bought a time ago Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds Saga (including Clone Wars) and as big Fan I am eager to play. But I simply can´t solve the music problem. As already posted by some earlier, I have no music during the missions (while the Soundeffects are fine).

1. I re-installed the game several times

 

2. I let it run on three different computers (with highly different configurations, amongst them a Laptop)

 

3. I searched the internet for possible solutions

 

but no solution yet. Why doesn´t it play the music? Interestingly, I can´t find any directory on the CD´s containing music files or something like that. I find this quite strange.

 

I would appreciate any kind of help!

The CD may have a scratch in just the right place (althought i doubt it) also do you have any mods installed? that may be the problem and have you tried going to the options and turning the music off then on again thats all i can come up with

The in-game music is actually compiled into one big cd audio track, to play it simply try putting the disc into a regular CD player and skipping to track 2.

 

I'm not sure whether your using a NO-CD crack or not, but the game is set to play music off a CD audio track that's in the CD drive.

 

Oh, and SWGB has a problem with playing music on systems with more than one Disc Drive.
