The game is stuck @ endar spire

For some reason, when I enter through the door to see the game's first lightsaber fight, something's wrong: The female jedi is just standing there, w/ no badguy in front of her. HELP!! The script isn't firing, or something. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

What version of the game are you running? Best of PC or the Original 4 cd version? IF the Original, have you applied the 1.03 patch?

It's the "Best of PC" version. I've removed the override folder in order to negate all of the mods, and it still was stuck at that part right before the bridge.

Try a new game. I have an another Idea but it's more drastic and time consuming.

Yes, I tried that, and it was still frozen. This didn't start until I tried (almost successfully) to script a "Spawn Item" into Trask's dialogue. Are you any good w/ that? I even tried removing the Override folder (my precious mods!!!), but it still showed that Jedi. I appreciate your help, and need a little more insight into this. Thanks!

It is possible that one of your mods caused this problem. Simply removing the override folder removed the mod, but the damage was already done to the game.

 

I know this might sound stupid, but you could try to warp past this particular room on the Endar Spire into the next one. This might cause problems later though...I've never tried to do that on the Endar Spire before. Except for uninstallation, this should be a last resort as warping can mess up the game (not the whole game, just the playthrough that you used it on.

 

 

It sounds like you might have to reinstall the game
