Arthusmcgregor
First of all, i'm running Grim Fandango on 32-bit Vista, with an intel pentium II MMX i think 1.7 ghz, 2 gigs of RAM, and an Nvidia Geforce Go 7300. So my game had a big problem where in which after about 5-10 minutes of playing the game's audio would begin skipping and the game would pretty much freeze. So I decided that maybe using the "grim fandango launcher" and saving the game to the hard drive would help this. And I've now found that I can't use the save games I made with the normal launcher on the new one. Is there any way to fix and perhaps move the old save games to this new launcher? Also one other problem I can live with but can anyone tell me why every time I go to the menu and return the game is permanently muted until I restart it? I can work with it but if anyone can tell me why this happens and how I can fix it?
Benny
The Grim Fandango launcher doesn't alter saved games in any way, so I cant see any reason why your saves would stop working. In any case, There's this.
