I was wondering what the names of the area/module file for the staircase entrance and the inside of Trayus Academy are.

I'm not too sure what you mean by staircase, but the Malachor modules are as follows :

 

- 901mal : Ebon Hawk crash site

- 902mal : Outside Academy/where you fight the stormbeast

- 903mal : Traus academy 'entrance hall'

-904mal : Trayus Core

- 905mal/906mal : Interior academy (I think they're called cresent something)

 

Hope that's what you're after.

The staircase part should be at the end of the 902MAL module that Trex mentioned.
