GarfieldJL
WARDENSVILLE, West Virginia (CNN) -- After more than 40 years and $1.5 billion, West Virginia's massive "Corridor H" project is getting another boost from the Obama administration's economic stimulus package, despite questions over whether the project will ever be completed. -- CNN.com Apparently it's supposed to now be an emergency highway for the evacuation of Washington D.C., but funny thing is there is no access to it. You can stand in the middle of a four-lane Highway and literally see no cars. This is all courtesy of Democrat Senator Robert Byrd, following in the footsteps of that Republican Senator from Alaska on his bridge to nowhere. Tommycat
I wouldn't say there's NO access to it.... http://www.wvcorridorh.com/route/lrgmap.html Though the necessity of it is... um... questionable at best....
