Virtokaii
I want to play a soldier/guardien and by looking at the feat progression it seems best to only advance to level 2 before becoming a jedi, because jedi guardiens gain a feat at lvl 3. Is this a realistic expectation, or even possible?
Star Admiral
Strictly speaking, the only benefit to only advancing to level 2 before becoming a Jedi is the ability to gain a few more Force powers as well as a few more Force points. Otherwise, it is perfectly fine to progress normally and become a Jedi at level 8, as the game intended. It is up to you whether you think it is worth it, as playing through Taris as a level 2 character is possible but difficult. - Star Admiral
Virtokaii
Looking at the chart, the guardian gets the next feats at 6, 7 and 9, so lvl 5 seems like a good compromise. Thx for the input, wasn't really looking foreward to getting through Tarsis on lvl 2, especially thinking about Bendar(?).
Nick Vader
First off, no matter what kind of jedi you chose to become, once you get the crystal from Master Dorak , the game automatically takes you to the level-up screen , giving you 2 force powers. So, even if you're level 2 once you do that (thing which I always do), you'll still get 2 force powers on your next level (lvl3) . And then, you go on , depending on the kinda jedi you chose to be.
