MechWarrior001 Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 I there a way to disable Dynamic Shadows for KOTOR on Xbox? I don't really care for them, and they seem to slow down the system during certain parts. Also, is it possible to make KOTOR run in 720p or 1080i? Or are the resolution settings hardcoded into the .xbe?
Boba Rhett Posted July 8, 2009 Posted July 8, 2009 I don't believe there is a way to turn off dynamic shadows in the Xbox version of KotOR. Even if you use a video switching program on the Xbox it will still not output anything higher than the source resolution that the individual games support. Meaning that it will not upscale KotOR.
MechWarrior001 Posted July 8, 2009 Author Posted July 8, 2009 Well, TSL (PC) uses a .ini file for configuration, or, at least that's what swkotor2.ini is telling me, so, if KOTOR (Xbox) uses a .ini file, could I copy that file from the disk to the correct location on my HDD and change it to disable dynamic shadows?
