Randomly main character cannot move

Sometimes after battle or after cut scenes, my character cannot move. No amount of button smashing or pressing any button on the keyboard period works. The only way I can get him moving again is by selecting another party member and going forward with that member. Eventually if I attack something else or after a couple minutes if I go back to the main character, I can move him by pressing w,s,a,d etc.

 

Any reason for this?

That can happen from time to time, yeah. As long as it doesn't happen really often, I'd say that it's just a normal glitch.
