Xarwarz Posted February 24, 2010 Share Posted February 24, 2010 I was wondering if its possible for someone to make a flickering scanline animation similar to that of mass effect 2 control panels. I need that to complete my redesign plc computer panels im working on for my ver. 3 mod. I also wanted to illuminate the entire panel this way.
