When he DOES counter, and he comes up with an insult of his own, check your list of counter-insults VERY carefully, because you can counter-insult everything he throws at ya. Like: Cheese: I'm going to put your arm into a sling. Guybrush: Why? You studying to be a nurse? Just pick the one that seems most appropreate.
