Xarwarz
I've been looking into the udk toolset and was wondering if anyone has tried making a kotor game with this toolset. I wouldn't mind except im still learning how to use it just throwing the idea out there.
jrrtoken
The Unreal Engine is an incredibly intuitive and user-friendly system... that is, if you want to create a shootan' gaem. I've heard from the grapevine that many developers have been disappointed with the inflexibility of the UE3, by that it follows a shooter-based paradigm. So, any TB-RPGs or RTSs are difficult to design, which was likely one reason why Mass Effect was more of a shooter-RPG than a traditional, semi-turn-based combat RPG as seen in previous BioWare games. So, unless if you want to make a Mass Effect total conversion, then the UDK isn't for you.
