Jeff Posted March 8, 2010 Share Posted March 8, 2010 Before posting a new thread, there are some steps you can take to troubleshoot your problem on your own: Do you have the latest patch (1.2)? If not, you can download it here. Does your computer meet the minimum system requirements? You can view the minimum requirements for the game here. For Macs, go here for the system requirements. If you do not meet the minimum requirements, support can generally not be provided. Do you have the latest graphics drivers? If you have not updated them recently, they are probably outdated. If you have an Nvidia card, go here; if you have an ATI card, go here. If you have taken the above steps and are still having problems, or the above does not apply to your problem, feel free to post a new thread. When posting a new thread, please include your system specifications so we can better help troubleshoot the problem.
