Kroms
Spoilers in this thread. (So far, for episodes one and two.) Right, this thread is a couple of months late, but what does everyone think of the game? I'm actually surprised at how good it is. As in truly, genuinely good, and Telltale's best game so far. The two episodes stand-up there with some of the best Telltale's ever done. I love the detail, the writing, and even the recurring characters. Most of all, I love how constantly inventive it is with its gags, puzzles, and locations. Hell, there's a section in episode two set on a train that parodies Orient Express/Last Express/Agatha Christie - and it works. Of course, the games aren't perfect. Episode two has some typical "adventure game" puzzles that don't make too much sense (or at least aren't explained thorougly enough; I solved a couple of puzzles without understanding how it had worked, or not believing it did work, like the Amelia Earhart/Grandpa puzzle). There's other reasons, but let's not make this opening post too long. So, what do you guys think of the game? Edit: Also, before ATM wonders, I managed to get some free time this weekend and play the game. I'm a sucker, I guess. Sleep isn't for suckers.
