KSE&EnableCheats Problem

i've downloaded KSE but it will not install, and i try to edit the swkotor.ini it lets me but doesn't take effect, i know its invisible, it doesn't work/Update- I put it in XP compatibility mode and it works now, if i wasted some one's time im sorry for that

Vista/Windows 7? Cheats won't work with either one.
