JA Request: All Twi'lek Clothing options transfered to the Human.

I was just wondering if any skinning genius (something that I am not) has made a skin pack where the clothing options available to the twi'lek in the character creation menu have been added to the options available to the human female?

 

If not, I would like to request this be done by any kind soul who thinks this is also a good idea.

 

Just to note, I'm only asking this because i've tried to do it myself (though admittedly this is the first time i've ever tried skin editing) and I just can't do it and that I have searched this forum to see if it had been done.
