Help Jedi Outcast and Academy Problem?

I am using the disk versions of both and am running windows 7 64-bit and have a dual core processor and my drivers are up to date. I could describe the problems but pictures are better.

Can you help fix these issue because I have no clue on what to do.

i'm looking at the screenshots and trying to find what the issue is. are you talking about all the writing at the top? cause that's just the console. hit shift and ~ and that will go away

The problem with outcast is the messed up HUD,and bacta tank.The problem with academy is the rock texture is messed up and you noticed the water is black and boxy at times.I opened the console isn't the problem because I know what it is and I opened it to take the screenshots.

What vid card are you using? have you tried the game in compatibility modes? run as admin? disabled visual themes?

I am using an ATI Radeon HD 3400,and yes I have tried compatibility mode and disabled visual themes.
