  1. If no on actually confirms your order, you didn't actually order anything.
  2. That's even better. In fact, it makes me legitimately sad that we aren't getting Kyle and Jan
  3. It sounds like the data won't be fully gone as an archive team has a complete copy of it. http://tracker.archiveteam.org/gamefront/ Looks like it's about 28 TB though. So it's not like it's a small thing. Anyway, their data should back archive.org so you should still be able to find the files. https://web.archive.org/web/20151031020934/http://www.gamefront.com/
  4. Hahaha, this is awesome Kyle and Jan are still the ones who took the DS1 plans to me
  5. This is Disney, they made all their money taking popular things from the public domain. Of course they aren't going to innovate and take risks.
  6. I'd be peeing my pants if I wore any!
  7. This is awesome! It also reminds me I should go back and finish TWAU... I loved the first episode, then wanted to wait till all the rest were out before I picked it back up again and then I got distracted
  8. Just so you know, most of the Star Wars related games are being folded into the 'Star Wars Gamer' forum. I'm not privy to the plan for when KOTOR forums will be archived, but I'm assuming it will be at some point. A lot of other ones are already done. http://www.lucasforums.com/forumdisplay.php?f=783
  9. In case benny doesn't have them handy, or it takes a while to get mojo's stuff all back on the webserver you should be able to find those on archive.org. https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://quick.mixnmojo.com/temp/grisp/grisc-0.1a.zip https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://quick.mixnmojo.com/temp/grisp/grisp-0.1-src.zip https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://quick.mixnmojo.com/temp/grisp/grisp-0.1.zip Looks like only 1 date saved, Nov the 1st. Just click that and it will dl the zip file. I can't offer any tech support on the program itself as I've never even looked at it before.
  10. I really like Telltale adventure games, so I vote their GoT game. Overall my favorite game this year was Witcher 3.
  11. Yea, I'm assuming they have outside funding for it too. My boxed copy of Broken Age is still not finished according to the recent update from DF so I'm sort of on the fence about kicking money in to this. That plus Tim's previous sockpuppet antics make me leery.
  12. Business Type: You know how portability is java's main strength? Engineer: Yea? Business Type: Let's compile it into an executable that's locked to one OS! Engineer: *sigh*
  13. Well, I'm assuming this is going to get archived soon enough anyway.
  14. Oi, post necromancers... what are you guys doing?!
  15. I don't know about that. I love spaghetti westerns and Sergio Leone was the master of huge buildups to short action scenes. Time how long the final shootouts in The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly and Once Upon a Time in the West take vs how much 'action' is in them. I think it's more of the fact that CGI action sets in the prequels are grander due to budget/sign of the times reasons that set it out of sync with the older movies.
  16. Well, Stormhammer didn't have the force long-post for nothing you know
  17. Still hate that stupid saber I guess I must be getting old, all I feel toward the new Star Wars now is apprehension.
  18. So, since you have the CDs and both jk2 and jka have been opensourced, I would recommend using openjk to play the game. It's a community updated version of the engine source code (it doesn't have any art/sound assets). It fixes a lot of bugs that crop up on newer machines. https://github.com/JACoders/OpenJK scroll down to the README and they have a link to binaries for whatever OS you use.
  19. mixnmojo had a bunch of scans of old boxes. There's been some trouble getting the sites up though, so perusing through archive.org I found this: https://web.archive.org/web/20120803012835/http://mojoart.mixnmojo.com/original-art/fate-of-atlantis/cover-art/fate-of-atlantis_box_front_6498x8205.jpg You can find some other stuff too: https://web.archive.org/web/20120803012835/http://mojoart.mixnmojo.com/original-art/cover-art.shtml
