Jedi Academy still crashes even with the fix

I'm with Ati radeon Hd 3650.The game crashes only on t1_sour and the second mission with the jawas.I did the fix,but now it crashes wen i click singleplayer or multyplayer.Update or not still crashes.I'm on XP.Please help me!

 

PS:I played the game 1 year ago and it crashed only on the cinematic on t1_sour but i could skip it.
