Ctrl Alt Del
(This BBCode requires its accompanying plugin to work properly.) Oil Rush is a real-time naval strategy game based on group control. It combines the strategic challenge of a classical RTS with the sheer fun of Tower Defence. Fight the naval war between furious armies across the boundless waters of the post-apocalyptic world. Pump the ever-so-precious black gold by oil rigs, capture platforms and destroy the enemy in the sea and in the air. Be ingenious to unlock super technologies and quick to send your squads straight into the heat of the battle! http://oilrush-game.com/ Looks a bit more Tower Defense than RTS, actually. Well, offshore oil platforms, nuke and war: contemporary themes that makes me wet myself now that I see a game about them. Future of oil exploration is underwater anyway. Orgasmic. About the game itself there's too little on the trailer to make out if it's going to be worth it as it looks. Nice graphics, BTW. And it's fun they're only doing it on water, this way they can focus in a single element and assure it's fun. I've lost track of all the RTS games that try to deal in every aspect of a civilization and forget to make them interesting (notably exception for 4X games; some at least). In time: "Rushing swarms of furious enemies" - that's SO Tarantino.
Mav
This reminds me of the naval battles of C&C RA3, I also thought I saw enemy dolphins/orca whales... I <3 me some war dolphins.
