mamafox3
My 9 year old son loves to play multiplayer but the language used by the other players isn't appropriate for him. Is there a way to play multiplayer but turn off the "T" command text boxes? Or any other ideas? Thanks.
HockeyGoalie35
as far as I know, I don't think so. I think that's why it says "online not rated by ESRB" Sorry to hear about this. i hate it when people use unnecessary profanity.
frazscotland
Yes there is a way you can disable the ingame messages because ive seen it before .. It was illustrated how to do on GG forum but theyve renewed their forum and i cant find the message but i will endeavour to find this for u, True sometimes the language in mp is a tirade of craziness profanity. when its a 9yo watchin it must be shocking. Its either going to be a minor edit in the Sytem.ini or the player save profile !! I DID SOME ASKING AROUND AND SOMEONE TOLD ME !!!! disabling chat: >user.ini >under [Engine.HUD] >ConsoleMessageCount=6 >set to 0.
