UltimateHK47
Im sure ive seen one but is there a thread that provides step by step instructions on how to recruit an npc. Id also like to know how to make a brand new dialouge for the recruited npc for instance, so instead of (example) kif.dlg to p_kif.dlg So the recruitment script is in kif but when he is a party member he uses p_kif. Thanks in advance DJW

UltimateHK47
Do you mean, Ill start with kif.dlg and when I get into it Ill do p_kif.dlg. May you explain?
Canaan Sadow
._. You create two seperate .dlg files... because you'll need two seperate templates for the recruit. one of them will be something like "n_npcname" for the NPC and then another one "p_npcname" for the party member (like after he's in your party) and then you can have the initial dialogue, the recruitment dialogue as kif.dlg or n_kif.dlg and then the one where he's in your party as p_kif.dlg. If you click on the link, you'll understand better... I'm not exactly all that good at expressing my thoughts into words...
