SWRC Network inactive?

I see that the news section on the home page has not had an update for 5 years. I was just wanting to know if any one is on here any more. If you read this please reply. thank you.

The site may be inactive, but the forums are still active.

How come the site is inactive? Some of the pages are not even finished.
