"Oh, my sweat's vaporizing as the temperature's rising and I cannot feel my legs below my knees anymore." - Guybrush, while riding the lava boat on Monkey Island "Ooh...I hate it when that happens." - Guybrush, in a couple situations "Ha freakin' ha." - Otis "Hey hey hey hey! You can TALK!" - Guybrush, when he first hears Jojo Jr. speak "Yeah, right...sure...giant monkey robot, riiiight. Maybe I should hit you over the head again." - Guybrush, talking to Herman Toothrot (I won't say his actual name for the people who haven't beaten the game) I have a bunch more, though!
