I scored... .. .. .. .. .. .. 920!!! needless to say, I passed... now, on to Windows ADS (Active Directory Services) 2 down, 5 tests to go... Wilhuf
That is pretty good kordkelly. Now riddle me this: How can I get win2k to allow me to actually copy to the clipboard the path to a file after I conduct a search to file (f3 key)? I know I can go to the file properties and copy the path there, but I want to just grab the path directly from the search window. Good old NT4 (awesome OS, in my opinion) simply lets me copy and paste the path directly from the finder. WHY O WHY won't Win2k let me do that? KordKelly
Simple... hi-light the path,right-click on it, and choose either "copy" or "cut"... then paste it where you want... (Make sure that under "Folder Options"/"View", that "Display Full Path in address bar" is checked, and you're there...)
