Kurt Plummer Posted November 30, 2001 Posted November 30, 2001 Scatterbrained Son of a Sith! Here I am patiently maintaining my sabre skills in anticipative preparation for JKII (and hopefully a new computer) and what should happen? All of a sudden Saber-X causes multiple dumps to desktop every time I light the damn torch!?!?! At first it only happened in the boss levels. Then it got pesky and moved to normal ones but would disappear under reinstall. /Now/ it won't go away even with several complete-delete-retries! The worst part is the endless CD music when I'm back at DT as half the time it won't stop unless I reboot or pull the damn disk and sometimes the latter locks things up. Sigh... Vital Stats- I show 3.73 Gigs remaining open space on my HD, 96 megs of RAM and a 32 meg Savage 4 Video. Running on an HP8560C with 500mhz under the hood. Desktop is set to 1024X768 at 16bit High Color. Internal Gamesettings are 1024X768 with 3D accel checked, screen size and lighting about halfway and graphics buffer set to 1 with system memory backbuffer blank. It worked just fine for like 2 months. If you can't help but can point me to folks that can, I would take that just as gratefully. Many Hopeful Thanks In Advance- Kurt Plummer Who feels like he just kissed a Wookie.
SlowbieOne Posted November 30, 2001 Posted November 30, 2001 The only thin I can say is E-Mail the maker of SaberX, Shadow X. ShadowX@mediaone Hope he can help you, if anyone knows, it's probably him.
Guest xwing guy Posted November 30, 2001 Posted November 30, 2001 If this is the orinagnal SBX than delete it and get SBX version 2.0.

Kurt Plummer Posted November 30, 2001 Author Posted November 30, 2001 Thanks Folks, Very Much. Shadow is almost as puzzled as me (because I couldn't get into Massassi, he sent me a personal copy...) but has given me a couple things to try when I get home tonight. Sorry, no ICQ. Much Appreciated- Kurt Plummer
StormHammer Posted December 1, 2001 Posted December 1, 2001 All I can offer is good luck. Hope it helps, Kurt.
