tottew Posted December 9, 2001 Posted December 9, 2001 Can anyone help me move in the swamp? I have the clock and I have the file. I have used the clock on the raft and I have seen the directions on the paper but I can't get anywhere! Please help!
Haggis Posted December 9, 2001 Posted December 9, 2001 OK, you'll have to look at the clock on the raft. Note what time it states. Now look up that time on the time table. Go the direction which is mentioned at the time table, next to the time you looked up. Was that clear?

He can get it......I can't.......hmmmmmmmm....... When I get on the raft, it's 12:50 which is GO SOUTH.......but South is just to leave the swamp lol!!!!!! And Guybrush KEEPS saying: I don't think I'm getting anywhere OK LET'S SEE.........I have the Clock.......The Directions.......The Compass.......The Raft........anything else I need to get through the swamp?

Grannen Posted December 17, 2001 Posted December 17, 2001 There have been problems with the directions before. Start a saved game and replay so you get a new list of directions from DeadEye Dave.

Grannen Posted December 23, 2001 Posted December 23, 2001 If the clock on your screen shows 1:05 then check your list. If it says 1:05 W then go west. Can you stay on the raft and move around on the screen at all or are you only staying there?
tottew Posted December 23, 2001 Author Posted December 23, 2001 I get to the edge of the screen that's all. When I get there Guybrush just stand's there walking on the same spot not getting anywhere... The only direction I can move to is to leave the swamp...

Grannen Posted December 24, 2001 Posted December 24, 2001 Uninstall EMI via the Uninstall Option in the Menu. You'll be asked if you want to keep saved games, answer "Yes." Then reinstall and pray!
Evergreen Posted January 26, 2002 Posted January 26, 2002 I think this is what you are missing-- You need to use the "U" key to use the raft so that you can move around the swamp. Don't use enter or such. You must use "U". Maybe you can give me a tip now how to get the clock.
